It is important to note here that what is an 'a' for one person in a self-report questionnaire will be a 'b' for another person, and often the person is starting from their own subjective reality, especially if they have no other reference point. This is a perfectly normal phenomenon, which is why our research team - Cyclopsych - is working on finding an objective measure that does not require relying only on subjective experience.
